Hi friends! Here’s a quick update on the progress of the store front. It’s getting there but still not quite ready for opening.

Still waiting on inspections, a few loose ends, etc.

When I do open, I don’t want a big rush of people. This is my permanent store front and I’m not going anywhere anytime soon.

I’m planning on a pretzel party off site that can accommodate a bunch of yous in the near future, so stay tuned!

Hi friends! I started this business almost 5(!) years ago. July 2021. When first starting tho business, it was all about Philly pretzels and making a damn good one for you guys. But I think it’s more than that.

I’ve always been under the impression that a pretzel can change the course of someone’s day for the better. A simple thing that can mean so much. It’s truly magical. At least that’s how I feel and have felt when eating a pretzel.

I also believe that it can be so much more, too. I believe that a pretzel can move the needle in a positive direction on a societal basis.

That’s why I’ve always wanted to start a fundraising aspect of The Pretzelry, and I’m calling it “Twists Of Hope”, because a pretzel can be just that- a twist of hope.

I’m not 100% sure how this is going to work, but I have a few ideas up my sleeve. Pretzels can be a fantastic way to fundraise for your children’s school—trips, clubs, etc. Pretzels can also be a great way to raise funds for non-profits that do good around us.

Back at it with shipping pretzels nationwide, with local pickup in Denver starting in the new year.

Because we’re working with partner bakeries, and not currently baking in house, local catering won’t be available until we open a store front bakery in 2026 (😉🤫).

So visit the website, check out some of the new offerings, and place your order! Now shipping with less processing time (often, same day!).

Also, expect more content from me! Keep following for new recipes and ways to enjoy the pretzels, along with the journey of opening a store front pretzel bakery!

Hi friends. Sorry I’ve been a little MIA lately. I wanted to share a few updates. Please feel free to read this post.

Long story short, I’m going to be moving out of the current space for a multitude of reasons beyond my control. It was never meant to be permanent. I am working on finding my home for this. It won’t be a production facility or a warehouse. It’ll be a full fledged bakery store front, open from morning to night, with a full Pretzel-y menu. That reality is becoming a bit more tangible now, so I need to make moves.

I am working on streamlining the website operations, so in the near future, I’ll be working with two co-manufacturers to supply the pretzels for the site. One in Ohio for traditional pretzels, along with the OG Center City Pretzel Company from Philly to supply the real deal Philly pretzel.

The future is twisting up, and I can’t wait for this next chapter of this little business.
