Huge congrats to our very own Silvia Hernandez for being featured on CNN as Ana Cabrera's pick for "Champions of Change!" In 2016, Silvia was one of the founding participants at Focus Points Family Resource Center's social enterprise Comal Heritage Food Incubator. Today, she runs our kitchen as the owner of her own concept, Silvia at Lost City. We are so proud of everything Silvia has accomplished and are honored to have her!

Most mornings, Silvia Hernandez barely has time to turn on the sign adorning her name at her eatery in Denver, Colorado. As breakfast orders come in, she's working the flattop grill -- flipping French toast, cracking eggs and warming tortillas for the green chile pork burritos that the regulars enjo...
