Just a little reminder!

To Our Valued Customers,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the sudden passing of our dear friend and longtime employee, Eddie.

For 50 years, Eddie was part of our Columbine Steak House family, greeting customers with kindness, dedication, and a smile. For many of our customers, seeing Eddie was part of their weekly routine, and for us, he was family.

We are grateful for the memories, laughter, and friendships he brought into our lives over the years. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.

To honor Eddie and allow our staff to attend his funeral services, Columbine Steak House will be closed on Thursday June 4th. We appreciate your understanding during this difficult time.

Please keep Eddie's family and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers.

We would like to inform you that we will be taking our annual vacation closing on Sunday August 23 and reopening on Monday September 14th.

This short break will give our team an opportunity to rest and spend time with family and friends.
