Portlandia Pinot Noir (2022)
Coming from the great state of Oregon, this red wine is primarily sourced from the Willamette Village.
It offered notes of Marionberry and cherry, with layers of blackberry cobbler, accents of black tea, violet, and savory herbs.
It’s aged in French oak for 10 months and is balanced with a lingering finish.
Pairs with our Pot Roast Entree!! 🍽️

Mettler Cabernet Sauvignon (2022)
Coming from the Lodi Appellation, the Mettler family farms their grapes organically and sustainably. This wine, with its deep garnet color, opens with aromas of dark cherry and nutmeg. Tasting with dark cherry, plum, and a hint of vanilla.

Continuing with our series, here’s a new Chardonnay we’ve added to our collection!💛

Les Fossiles
Bourgogne Chardonnay (2023)
This wine comes from the Mâconnais region in Burgundy, France! Grown in Clay-Limestone soil, made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, with no oak fermentation or aging, this white wine is bright with white floral aromas and yellow fruit. The palate has notes of green apple and citrus fruit, followed by a lingering, dry finish.
Pairs with our Chopped Southwest Salad!
