Hand crafted sausages, custom cooking for your events. We are starting off as a catering company centered around Disc Golf Tournaments, as well as local neighborhood delivery until we get all our ducks in a row....then brick and mortar establishment, still keeping a strong focus on what got us there. Our focus is quality over quantity, we can and will sell out on a daily basis, as with all great BBQ establishments, but to be honest we would rather turn people away at that time as opposed to selling sub standard quality food. There will be daily specials that are typically not on the menu in order to test the likeability of the product, from there decision will be made for special menu's etc. We strive for excellence, and are always looking for feedback, positive or negative, in order to make our product top quality.
