2 weeks off to get prepared for next year, then light catering tourney remainder of year, single day doubles tournaments, and more than likely hyzer olympics....updates coming. TD's get your schedules into me for next year, so we can start getting everything lined up and somewhat secured

VPO Saturday Menu.....4 types of Burritos..Potato with bacon eggs and cheese, Sausage with Egg and Cheese, Chorizo with egg and cheese, and Bean with egg and cheese. Also makin a big ole tray of homemade Banana Walnut bread with Chocolate Chips... nomnomnom...!!!

OK we are at 163 right now.....goal 200 minimum by midnight tomorrow! Already have 3 world champs like the page Thanks to EMac, Avery, and Cam....tomorrow i can get 4 more titles with just 2 people clicking come on Paige and McBeast! I have a question regarding a menu item (for down the road month or so), and it's potential namesake. Basically this is a Chicken Caesar Salad with a Mexican Flair, smoked chicken, little cilantro, roasted corn peppers and tomatoes, normal caesar dressing with a little kick. Considering it to be called the "Chicken Cesar Chavez Salad". Would that name be considered offensive, or actually the opposite and quite tasteful. Serious replies please.
