Viet Bites at UNT We are a fast casual Vietnamese restaurant specializing in Vietnamese fusion foods. We feed you what we like to eat. We make all our food from scratch. Why not?

There's no msg in our foods. We are vegetarian, vegan and gluten free friendly. Our VB@UNT location is our test concept that we hope to prove that Vietnamese food can find success in mainstream America next to all the Chipotles, Jimmy Johns and Potbellys, etc. Fresh, healthy and fast. That's a recipe for success!
