Key members of this team include restauranteur John ‘Sparky’ Pearson, Midlake singer/guitarist Eric Pulido, entrepreneur Steve Watkins and financier Earl Herrington.

“Barley & Board has been developed to feature culinary and brewery artistry,” said John ‘Sparky’ Pearson, co-owner of Barley & Board. “Because of that, every member of our team is committed to creating a memorable experience for our patrons. This is Denton’s place as much as it is ours – everyone is welcomed!”

Barley & Board features an expansive bar area with communal and intimate seating, open kitchen, large dining room with seating for 200 and a multi-tiered dining area that can accommodate groups of up to 25.

Featuring a full bar that includes 36 beers on tap, which highlight Texas breweries, this fine gastropub offers in-house brews as well as a curated selection of wines and hand-crafted cocktails.
