You can kind of see the smoke still coming from this Jennie-O Turkey breast. We used Kosmo's Q Competition BBQ Products Turkey brine for 4 hours. Used Recteq Ben’s beefer dust for seasoning. Smoked for a few hours until it reached an internal temp of 165°. Smoked it on the Char-Griller Akorn using B&B Charcoal lump oak charcoal and apple wood.
