Come and get it today while you can! Unfortunately we are already pretty overheated today and with the heat advisory for tomorrow we think it would be best to not open so that we don’t suffer any heat related illnesses. This trailer is hot to work in even when there aren’t heat advisories. With that being said we will be here til seven tonight, and we will reopen next Wednesday for regular hours!

To our loyal customers, we express our heartfelt thanks for supporting Jeff at the food trailer. Noting today's slow pace, likely due to the graduation festivities, we will be closing early to enable Jeff to care for my father whose caregiver requires assistance today. Your ongoing support is deeply appreciated as we navigate caregiving responsibilities for my father.

So we have some good news and bad news.

First off the good news for us@ is, we had a record breaking day on Friday since we switched to just being open in the truck! It was great seeing a lot of our Bistro customers and we look forward to serving you all this week!

Now for the bad news, we were traveling this weekend taking care of some property issues at our Arizona home and between bad service and time zone changes, our meat order didn’t go through. Unfortunately in order for us to serve this week we are going to have to be closed tomorrow so we can do a will call pick up for tomorrow and wait til a later time in the day for the rest of our delivery.

Again thank you so much for all your orders that wiped us out of stock on so much last week. We will see you Thursday at the The Locals Bistro parking lot 11:30-7 and the second set of Good news is you will get to enjoy our food an extra day this week at the fundraiser on Saturday in Dave's Dungeon parking lot to support Dave Quinn and his family.
