Summary: Full Time (Flexible Schedule )
The Mobile Eatery Ambassador is responsible for maintaining operations and assisting customers at the Don Maiz TX mobile food cart posted in a located in a location near you. This position assists in setting the example and ensuring the highest level of guest experience and reports to Don Maiz TX Management.

Note – Pay Rate for this Job is $400-600/Weekly + ALL CASH TIPS
(Bi Lingual applicants receive 600-800/Weekly + ALL CASH TIPS)
Availability: 8H Shifts
Monday: 9A – 8p
Tuesday: 9A – 8p
Wednesday: 9A – 8p
Thursday: 9A – 8p
Friday: 9A – 8p
Saturday: 9A – 8p
Sunday: OFF
Basic Function and Responsibilities:
• Ability to provide excellent guest service while working in a very fast-paced environment
• Prepare and serve food to customers in a very fast-paced environment
• Proper cash handling including, greet and service guests at the registers, taking orders, and accepting payments, handling cash, debit and credit cards
• Replenish foods at serving stations
• Prepare food such as elote and queso using standard formulas or following directions.
• Prepare bills for food, using cash registers, calculators, or adding machines; and accept payment and make change.
• Scrub and polish counters, steam tables, and other equipment, and clean dishes and fountain equipment
• Inventory control: Assess inventory and assist in preparing product orders as necessary
• Stock and restock items as necessary
• Ensure all sanitation and climate procedures are followed relating to all local licensing regulations
Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior concessions and bar experience preferred including POS systems and purchasing
• Must utilize excellent guest service skills to enhance the food experience and meet the needs of Don Maiz TX guests with a positive attitude
• Must be able to multi-task and be self-motivated
• Must be able to communicate clearly and congenially with patrons about museum services, products, and programs
• Possesses excellent cash handling skills and knowledge of daily sales reporting
• Adherence to a uniform policy and grooming standards -must present a neat, professional appearance
• Qualified candidate will be a mature, responsible, dependable individual who enjoys working in a fastpaced environment
• Must satisfactorily fulfill all departmental training requirements
• Must obtain food handler’s license, TABC license a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Standing, stooping, and bending for long periods of time
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays and special events
• Must be comfortable taking E-payments e.g., Cash App, Venmo,
