We're looking for additional teammates to come join us. First position of need is an experienced bartender with 4-5 days availability for mostly lunch shifts. Second, is an experienced bartender with 3 nights availability. We're also looking for servers with open availability with a minimum of 3

With more than 40 years of Louisiana cooking experience between them, Catahoula’s Louisiana Kitchen is the brainchild of Gary Simon and Mike Leatherwood. Gary and Mike have worked together for more than 30 years and have opened and operated more than three dozen different restaurants. Our love of Louisiana cooking brought us back to our roots and we are thrilled to open the first Catahoula’s Louisiana Kitchen in Denton, Texas.
The team is rounded out by three seasoned veterans in the industry that have worked with us over the past three decades. Denine Ferraro heads up the service staff, Laci Trussel leads the bar staff and Dio Estrada brings his talents to the kitchen staff. All of us are committed to providing every guest with a great experience while creating a supportive, positive and rewarding experience for our teammates. We care about the communities we serve and look forward to making a positive impact on the people of Denton.
