Breaking News!

Some of you already know about this, but I’m sure many of you do not. This spring, Umami will be moving its Pizza production down to Dennis Village! I have officially been priced out of the neighborhood… Between this last series of storms and a pretty big overhead, I’ve made the decision to consolidate. 

The good news is, the menu will still reflect all of the same items we’ve been offering, including our vegan menu and gluten-free pizza dough, which has become quite popular!

The focus will be providing all of the elements that are popular and just stream lining things, since I am a one woman show for a good portion  of the year. 

I am looking forward to offering you all of our freshly made baked goods, cakes, and pies, as well as Pizza, Gelato and some fun small plates in our outdoor courtyard this summer!

Umami’s last day will be Sunday March 22nd & plan on getting started on our outdoor kitchen in early April. (looking for volunteers/ who are willing to work for slave wages/free pizza!

Our hours these next couple of weeks will be Friday through Sunday - opening at 4pm.

Hope to see you this weekend for your Pizza orders and hope that you will give us any feedback or suggestions you would like to see when we make our move in the spring!

Umami will be open tonight - power is on!
We are working off a limited menu, as I am still trying to rebuild. Had to throw lots out, but you can still order any one of our pizzas as well as salads and a few other extras.

Don’t forget, you can always order online and get delivery!

Dear E Dennis residents - any updates on the power situation in the neighborhood? When I type in my location on the Eversource map, it’s showing that there are no outages reported in that neighborhood, but I’m finding that very difficult to believe. Hoping to be back up and running by Thursday! If anybody in our neck of the woods has any updates, please let me know, thanks!

We’re back & kicking off the weekend with our popular Bolognese pizza..
Red sauce, fresh mozzarella, mushroom, and beef Bolognese, fresh mushrooms… Finished with Parmesan

We are open Thursday through Sunday from 4 to 7.

Happy February to you all! Just another step closer to spring - only 46 more days, but who’s counting? (Me)

I’ve been working on a scaled-down menu for umami – simply to reduce my prepping and ingredients list during this very slow time.

We will be reopening this Thursday for dinner at 4 PM…

We will open at 3 PM on Sunday for the Super Bowl and we will definitely have some pizza specials and some added finger food items for your Super Bowl party!

Good morning, all… Just a little announcement for you! I’m going to be working on scaling down the menu a bit for winter. I’m taking this time now, based on the weather. I was only able to be open three days last week, due to the storm and it looks like that’s probably going to happen again. So, to avoid all of the prepping and waste, I’m just going to take the week off and work on some projects and try to keep Yum as stocked as possible.

So we will see you on February 5 with some new items, some specials and will be open all day on Superbowl Sunday for football fare!
