Yum Yard in Denison, Texas, is seeking motivated food and beverage entrepreneurs interested in launching or expanding their own businesses.
Yum Yard is a 15,000-square-foot food-truck venue featuring:
• A dedicated band and entertainment stage
• A designated customer seating area with shade coverings
• On-site restrooms
• Commissary access
• Electrical and water connections
• Wi-Fi
• A dedicated operating space for each approved business
• Category exclusivity for approved concepts
Both lease-to-own and standard food-trailer rental opportunities are available.
We are currently seeking specialty concepts such as:
• Barbecue
• Coffee, lemonade, boba, and specialty beverages
• Ice cream, shaved ice, baked goods, and desserts
• Wings, fried chicken, hot dogs, and sandwiches
• Loaded potatoes and specialty comfort foods
• Healthy food options
• International or culturally distinctive cuisine
• Other original concepts not currently represented at Yum Yard
Approved operators will receive exclusivity within their primary food category. Yum Yard will not approve a directly competing concept while the operator’s agreement remains active and in good standing.
Applicants must be prepared to operate consistently, maintain professional standards, and complete all required licensing, insurance, health-department, and permitting requirements.
