Chef Suzanne Perrotto and her team serve modern, American cuisine with classic French influences from their 100 percent scratch kitchen, along with artisan wines, local beers and hand-crafted cocktails. Look forward to perfect pairings at our upcoming Brulé X Orin Swift W**e Dinner to celebrate Restaurant Month in Delray Beach 🏝️🍷 Or, head over to .daughter to see what’s cooking for their Southern Italian W**e Dinner 🇮🇹

Chef Suzanne Perrotto and the Brulé team are serving a seven-course menu featuring foie gras, smoked salmon, Dungeness crab, porchetta, duck confit and a truffled short rib Wellington. Each course is paired with an Orin Swift w**e.
