Final market! The West Palm Beach GreenMarket season comes to an end this Saturday, we just want to say thank you!

We’re incredibly grateful to every customer who supported us this season, all of the amazing vendors, and the entire team that makes this market happen each week — from the city workers and setup crews to the police officers and everyone working behind the scenes.

It’s been an honor to be part of something so special for 5 years now!

This Saturday is the LAST market of the season, so come out and see us one more time!

And don’t worry — your Poblano South fix isn’t going anywhere. You can still get what we believe are South Florida’s best breakfast sandwiches and burgers all summer long at our Delray kitchen: 600 N Congress Ave #160 Delray

There’s a difference between making food and truly caring about what you put in front of people.

Every sandwich we make at Poblano South is built with intention — from the ingredients we choose, to the way we cook, season, toast, prep, and serve every single order. We believe quality matters. Fresh ingredients matter. Taking the extra time matters. The little details matter.

In a world where so much food is rushed, frozen, automated, or made without care, we’ve always tried to do things differently. We put real effort into every breakfast sandwich and every chorizo burger because we know people can taste the difference when food is made with pride and passion.

The farmers markets have become such a huge part of our journey. Early mornings, long prep nights, loading trucks before sunrise, standing in the heat, serving nonstop lines — it’s all worth it because of the people who continue to support us week after week.

We don’t take a single customer for granted.

To everyone who stops by our tent, tells a friend about us, shares a post, waits in line, brings family, or supports our small business in any way — thank you. Seriously. You allow us to keep doing what we love every day.

We’re constantly pushing ourselves to improve, stay consistent, and make every sandwich better than the last. That’s what drives us.

Good food takes work. Great food takes heart.

And we promise to keep giving both.
