Roger called the food amazing, loved the authentic Italian flavors, and said our new bread pudding was one of the best he has ever had. Even better, he said they have already recommended Paretta’s to several friends.

Our Italian Beef is a multi day process from start to finish, giving everything time to develop into that rich, slow cooked flavor we love.

It takes longer to make, but that is exactly why it is worth it.
