We have permanently closed as a restaurant, however we have chosen to turn the Old Schoolhouse into our home. In response to the warm and abundant encouragement of our former customers we have decided to begin hosting in house sourdough classes. From starter classes, to quick breads, to whole grain artisan loafs to sourdough chocolate cake, we have a class for you. We accept 4 to five people per class.
We are currently taking names for a class whole grain class toward the end of this month. Please call 406 660 1305, at this time once I have 4 to five people with interest, we can come up with a specific date for that class that works for everyone.
As interest grows we will pursue the idea of facetime or online classes.
Thanks so much for your interest and encouragement, sourdough is so easy, nutritious and forgiving, I am so excited to share this accumulated knowledge with as many people as possible! See less

We will be closed for the rest of the month of June, and perhaps the first part of July as we welcome our new baby to the family! We'll miss you and look forward to seeing you in July plus one!
