Attention customers especially those who split payments..
The software engineering team behind our point of sale system decided to force an update through that crippled our system. We have a lot of work arounds and that are costing us valuable time. Currently there is no work around for split payments. We need to make each split payment its own order. This takes more time too. So please bear with us as we wait for an update revision. They have been informed and are aware of the issues but can't reverse what was done.

Thank you to everyone who came in today, and we do apologize to all those who were turned away and the longer wait times. I'm trying to find the right balance with the front and back of the house but there are so many variables. The reality is Friday night is busy, and no matter how I tweek things at some point the wait time increases. I do my best to tell everyone at the door what kind of time they are looking at but there is always that one group of tickets that slip through just as the bottle neck appears. Today that was 6pm. I tried to make it to each one of those parties and apologize or offer something extra for the wait. To anyone I missed I'm sorry for the extra wait, I don't want to turn people away nor do I want to cut corners to get things out faster. We are learning as we grow, the growth spurts are happening faster than we anticipated and we couldn't be more grateful. But we also realize that although too many customers isn't the worst problem we could have, the management of these numbers needs some work, and that falls on me. Please bear with us as we navigate this difficult to manage issue, and in return we will continue to focus on quality food, service, and transparency on time tables. Our #1 priority is keeping you all happy, not just with the food and service but also with time management and/or communication.

Yes, we are back! We didn't want to miss Independence Day especially because it was the 250th, plus we had some specials in mind.

A lot of cleanup and cosmetics left, but the main repairs are completed. Water softener, water heater, and a ton of restocking and prep work will all be done by Tuesday.
Looks like we will be back to business as usual on Thursday July 9th.

Due to the overwhelming size of this remodel/repair (and more issues being found) we are going to be closed until July 9th. I won't bore you with the details, but I don't want to overwork and rush my helpers. I apologize for any inconvenience. The walk-in is nearly done but there isn't enough time for proper testing, cleanup, and prep for a regular week.
Since I'm giving you that unfortunate news, I would also like to share that we will be closed for our annual family vacation July 30th-Aug9th. Thank you all for understanding.

Please remember we are closed this week, this is an enormous job and finding what I have I'm glad we decided to shut down. We will be back up and running ASAP.
