Ana brings the heart, the hustle, the laughs, and the energy that keeps this place buzzing night after night.

She takes care of everyone, keeps us all in line, and somehow still manages to make it look effortless.

but a debate has already broken out. So come in tonight !!

On one side:
Ana’s margarita.

Meet Michael Scott — yes, Michael Scott, just not the one from The Office (though the name still does him a few favors).

Mike has been quietly holding down our kitchen at Rosebud’s (and back at 1808) for close to a decade, on and off. He’s not a man of many words, but he shows up steady, takes pride in the work, and brings a calm confidence to the kitchen that you can feel.

Outside of here, Mike’s a family man through and through. If he’s not at work, his favorite place to be is out fishing — or spending time with his daughter, Kennedy, who’s his whole world.

Get a couple drinks in him and he might open up a bit. Stop by the window, say hi, show him some love — and if you’re lucky, you might even catch him doing a little dance.

We appreciate you, Mike. Always. 🎣❤️.
