A little throwback this week: Shrimp & Grits, 1808 American Bistro style. Still amazing—we just made the grits even better with Anson Mills Jimmy Red grits. 🍤🌽

Come enjoy them while you can!

Some weekends deserve more than staying home.

Pull up a chair, order your favorite cocktail, and let us take care of the rest.

We’re saving a seat for you. Hope to see you this weekend.

Hey friends!

Just a reminder that we’ll be taking our annual summer break from July 4–14 and will reopen on July 15.

Our team has been working incredibly hard, so we’re giving them a well-deserved chance to relax, recharge, and spend some time with the people they love. They’ll be back refreshed and ready to welcome you in.

Most of all, thank you. Your support, kindness, and love for Rosebud’s mean everything to us. We’re so grateful to be part of this community, and we can’t wait to see you again on July 15.

Have a safe and happy Fourth!

We’re on the hunt for a badass server!

Looking for someone awesome to join our crew 4 days a week (Wednesday–Saturday). We’re talking taking orders, running food and drinks, and making every table feel taken care of in our new spot on Winter Street.

If you can hustle, love connecting with people, and want to be part of a team that actually gives a damn, let’s talk. Experience is great, but the right attitude is everything.

A special thank you to Noah’s aunt for capturing this beautiful photo of Rosebud’s.

If you snap a photo during your visit, we’d love for you to tag us—we always enjoy seeing Rosebud’s through your eyes.

See you tonight! 🌹🍻

🚨 WEEKEND SPECIAL 🚨

Crispy Thai Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps are here.

Salty. Sweet. Crispy. Spicy.

Basically everything you want wrapped up in one perfect bite.

They’ve got a little heat, a lot of flavor, and just enough attitude to fit in at Rosebud’s.

Available all weekend—unless everyone else beats you to them. 🍻🔥

🚨 WEEKEND SPECIAL ALERT 🚨

We’ve got a couple absolute killers running this weekend and trust us… you’re gonna want both.

🥖 Vietnamese Bánh Mì
Salty, crunchy, bright, messy in the best way possible. One of those sandwiches that disappears before you realize what happened.

🥩 Thai Steak Salad
Fresh, spicy, savory, ridiculously craveable. The kind of thing you order “just to try” and then think about the rest of the weekend.

Limited quantities on both — when they’re gone, they’re gone.

See you at Rosebud’s
