Speck will be open for Brunch next Sunday April5th! Plating is family style and we are accepting seatings from 10:30-2pm.

Join us in wishing Tony (our sourdough starter) a happy 79th birthday!

If you have had the joy of indulging in our focaccia loaf you may have talked to our staff about Tony. He is a hard working valued member of our team that is mostly taken care of by Dylan and our back of house team. Tony has officially been entered into the sourdough library in Belgium whose mission is to preserve the history of sourdough and its traditions.

We are so happy to celebrate another year with Tony and look forward to many more.
