Nearly 40 years of brewing in Wisconsin. 🍻

Thank you to the Milwaukee Business Journal for the opportunity to share the story of Water Street Brewery as we look ahead to our 40th anniversary in 2027.

From opening as Milwaukee’s first brewpub in 1987 to serving communities across Southeastern Wisconsin today, a lot has changed over the years, but locally brewed beer, great food, and bringing people together remain at the heart of what we do.

This Thursday, we hope to see you at any of our three Water Street Brewery locations for the 7th annual Do Good With Food fundraiser to support Children’s Hospital Wisconsin!

A portion of all sales from the entire day will be donated to Children's Wisconsin so whether you sit down for a meal or drop by for a drink, you’ll be making a difference for kids in Wisconsin. 💙

A portion of sales from the day at our Grafton, Oak Creek, and Delafield locations will be donated to Children’s Wisconsin, helping support its Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Department, and Nourishing Partners Program.

Join us for a meal or a drink and help make a difference for Wisconsin’s kids. Reservations encouraged. Walk-ins welcome.
