Weekend alert! 🚨 We're talkin' Fish Fry Frenzy on Friday, paired with the creamy goodness of Peanut Butter Porter (because it's fall now!). Then, rain or shine, we're making our way to the Retzer Nature Center's Apple Harvest Festival on Saturday, where we will have Retzer Apple Ale, Oktoberfest, Dockside, Haus Sangria, and Root B**r on tap which will be the perfect pairing for our grilled burgers, brats and bbq sandwiches and of course our Apple Chicken Wrap that you all love so much! And, because we love a good Sunday Funday, we're serving up Packers vs Jets at Noon with $5 Bloodies and BYGO 1/2 off Burgers & Sandwiches at the bar - don't say we didn't warn you! 😉

Retzer Nature Center's Apple Harvest Festival 2026 is this Saturday, September 19! 🍎🍂 Bring your family to Retzer from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. for a wonderful community event that has been celebrated for 39 seasons. Admission is $15 per vehicle.

Not only will there be delicious apples from Brightonwoods Orchard and Patterson Orchards, but there will also be sweet treats made by the Baking & Pastry Program students at WCTC - Waukesha County Technical College, tasty food and drinks from Delafield Brewhaus, and live music by J.J. and the Nickster! 🥧🎶

Visit with our Community Partners in the Pines, shop at the many vendors stalls, and check out the scarecrows along Scarecrow Lane.

But wait, there’s more! One of our staff-favorite features of this event is our Passport Expedition. Visit ten stations around the Discovery Trail where you can:
• Engage with live reptiles and insects🦎
• Learn about pollinators 🐝
• Check out mushroom specimens from the Wisconsin Mycological Society 🍄
• Explore native trees 🌳
• Listen to a story at the Reading Corner 📚
• Learn how to keep water clean and "Recycle Right" ♻

Saturday 12th - Oktoberfest at the Brewhaus- join us for games, live music, delicious Oktoberfest food specials PLUS Oktoberfest Ale on tap! Music starts at 4pm, specials available starting at 11am.
Sunday 13th - St. Charles Fall Fest - Take the whole crew to enjoy carnival rides, Brewhaus b**r trailer, food trucks and more great live music! Who is going to pass up the chance to win up to $25k!?!?
