Meet our Maître d’ Tanya Koran
Tanya’s relationship with hospitality began early. Raised in the restaurant industry, she started working at her family’s restaurant, Rosati’s, at just 14 years old—building her foundation on consistency, care, and genuine human connection.
Over the years, Tanya has developed an extensive career in high-volume, high-profile restaurant environments, holding leadership roles with Catch Hospitality Group and Gibsons, where she specialized in guest relations, VIP cultivation, and front-of-house operations in fast-paced, luxury-driven settings. At Gibsons, she also brought her creative background into hospitality, designing seasonal lounge uniforms to support brand cohesion and elevate the guest experience.
Tanya later served as Director of Events at Nick & Sam’s in Dallas, one of the city’s most iconic and highest-volume restaurants. In this role, she led large-scale private dining and event operations—overseeing client relations, custom menus, staffing, logistics, and on-site ex*****on with precision and calm leadership.
Known for her ability to build lasting relationships and lead teams with warmth and professionalism, Tanya now brings her depth of experience to Market where she focuses on guest relations and ensuring every interaction reflects intention, quality, and care.
