Unfortunately we had some other work come up this week and we were unable to prepare for pizza for Oktoberfest this weekend here in DeFuniak Springs. We will try again in the near future so stay tuned. We're sorry to everyone who was looking forward to it.

I know several of you have been asking, and in some cases begging, for pizza again. As I have mentioned to some it's been too hot and humid to be hanging around 900-degree ovens or eating hot pizza. On top of that I have been hard at work trying to start a new dumpster business so I've been distracted to say the least. Thank you to everyone who have stopped by our market tent and said kind words about the pizza. It makes me feel great knowing that something I put so much heart and soul into is loved by so many people. With that said, I promise the pizza is not done. We will all enjoy some fresh pizza again soon; stay tuned. In the meantime, if you have a need for a dumpster rental give me a call. If not, please share my page. I need all the help I can get getting these cans rented out. Thank you again and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Come join us at the Main Street Farmer's Market from 8am-12pm tomorrow. We will have a very limited number of pizzas along with our baked goods so show up early so you don't miss out. See you then!

Exciting news folks! It's going to be a beautiful day this Saturday so in addition to our normal baked goods we will be serving pizza at the Main Street Farmer's Market on Baldwin Avenue from 8am to 12pm. I will be bringing a limited number of dough balls so if you would like one of our fresh made pizzas be sure to get there early so you don't miss out. We look forward to seeing everyone!

I'm happy for the other vendors that it looks like it may be clear but I'm pretty bummed we won't be at Food Truck Friday. We try to make the right call but sometimes you lose. 😔 It doesn't help when all the weather services seem to be basing their forecast off of the method below. We have made the unfortunate decision to cancel our participation in Food Truck Friday tomorrow due to the weather. I look at four different sources to try to place the most accurate bet and that's literally what it is...a bet. Weather Bug is showing it will be clear but all three of my other sources, The Weather Channel, AccuWeather, and The National Weather Service, are showing more than a 50% chance of storms during the event so the majority has it. We'll try again the next opportunity we get. We will plan on serving pizza at the farmer's market on March 26th.

Good afternoon folks. We are scheduled to be serving pizza, drinks, and cheesecake at the Food Truck Friday this Friday from 5-8pm on Baldwin Avenue here in DeFuniak Springs. We are watching the weather closely and if it looks like there's a good chance of rain we will have to cancel. As of right now it looks like it may be okay but it's still changing by the hour and, as usual, we're seeing conflicting reports depending on which service we look at. We will make a final decision tomorrow morning and let everyone know what we're doing here.

Saturday's Mistletoe Market is looking like a no-go due to trashy weather. That's just how it goes participating in an outdoor market in a subtropical climate right? With all that said, we will be at the Food Truck Friday on Baldwin Avenue. We will have pizza and baked goods but, as always, everything will be limited and first come first serve so get there early. We look forward to seeing you.

We have made the unfortunate decision to not be at the market today due to the threat of rain and heavy wind. We hope the weather ends up holding out long enough for the customers and remaining vendors to have a great market. If you see us downtown watching the parade be sure to say hi. We plan on being at the market next Friday and Saturday provided the weather is good. Thank you for your support and understanding.
