Happy Saturday!
We had our first cinnamon roll class today! I may have a few kinks to work out, but overall it went great. Everyone went home with 3 6 packs of cinnamon rolls, 2 homemade pizza crusts and hopefully the knowledge they need for baking them to perfection at home.
Going forward I am looking for some feedback from all of you.
I will be offering more classes and luckily I can have them at the kitchen at St. Paul’s Methodist church. We cannot ever have a class on Tuesdays.
I understand that people are busy on the weekends with sports and things, so I am trying to figure out the days that would work best you all.
If you are still interested in the class, please let me know a day of the week would work best for you.
If we get 10 people for a Wednesday, I will check the church calendar and see if we can make it work.
Just let me know what works best for you!

Hello friends! I need some help.
I have to get my big oven out of Sullivans.
It would require an appliance mover and a lift truck. I am looking for phone numbers or names of anyone who can do this. It will be coming back to Defiance, please.

The cinnamon roll class…silly me, I thought I would be happy if 10 people were interested 🤪
We will be offering a few dates to choose from.
I am still making some arrangements and I will post as soon as we are ready to roll!

Hey folks! It’s been a while.
Here’s the scoop…things didn’t work out at Sullivans. Lesson learned!

I just listed all my big equipment on Marketplace.🤞🏻
Anyway, I don’t like not working. So I have decided to get my home bakery license, again.
I can only make cheesecake in the 6”, 8”, and 9”.

After I closed my store, Reynolds announced that they were no longer making the foil baking cups. So the cupcake cheesecakes are a thing of the past.🥲
I’m also thinking of having a cinnamon roll making class, if we have enough interest.
Let me know if you are interested.

It will be a little different making cheesecake than before. I don’t have nearly the space or the supplies, but I’m still gonna try.

If you need something, you will need to give me notice of a minimum of 4 days. Flavors will be limited. I will always have the White chocolate raspberry, original, turtle, caramel, buckeye, peanut butter, etc. just ask and I will see what I can do!

Hello everyone!
It’s been a while…..
We have sold our building!
WE WILL BE HAVING AN “EVERYTHING MUST GO” SALE ON
FEBRUARY 21st. 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
We will be selling everything!
Tables and chairs. Stainless steel tables. Pans. Lots of baking supplies, including my cheesecake pans, All sizes. 2 microwaves. A file cabinet, candy boxes and bags, cake boxes in different sizes and so many other things.
I’m even thinking of baking our last batch of cupcake cheesecakes and some cinnamon rolls !
Even if you don’t find something you need, please stop in and say Hi or Goodbye! I’ll keep posting pictures of al our treasures.

It has happened! We have officially moved in to SULLIVANS RESTAURANT in Wauseon. I am really excited about our partnership! As many of you may have heard me say, “i want to keep working , i just dont want to own my own business anymore.” I was lucky enough to get my wish!
Cheesecake will be available 6 days a week. You can walk in and purchase by the slice or the whole cheesecake . There are 6” cakes available too. You can also call Sullivans and preorder!419-335-0790.
