14th Annual Defiance Christmas Festival December 2
Get in the holiday spirit on Saturday, December 2, during the 14th Annual Defiance Christmas Festival. The community is invited to Defiance for a day of festive fun, and there is something for everyone.
• Breakfast Buffet at Hoffmann Defiance Roadhouse from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.
• Dashing through Defiance 5k run/walk at 9 a.m.
• Live music with Russo & Co on the Hwy 94 s-curve.
• The Christmas Parade begins at noon. Grand Marshall “Mayor” John Lacy. Register to win $100; several categories to enter. There are no outside coolers allowed and no Santa costumes; Santa will close out the parade.
• The Christmas Market will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Downtown Defiance.
• Photos with Santa at 2:30 p.m.
Proceeds from the Festival will benefit the Augusta Volunteer Fire Department. For more details, registration, participating businesses, sponsors and contact information, click here to view the flyer for this event and follow on Facebook .
