I’m sending this message out to ask everybody for their cooperation. The Lazy Lion doors are open periodically throughout the day as we go back-and-forth cleaning and scrubbing and doing repairs. I just happen to go to the bathroom and when I walked out, there was a couple there, picking up some tables in the restaurant and discussing if they were going to need to find someone to help them move them. I asked them what they were doing there. And they said that I posted on Facebook that the wooden tables were free. To be clear ….. A (1) wooden table was free on the front porch. Two metal tables and chairs were free from the front porch. I said nothing about anything inside the restaurant. If I hadn’t been there, they would’ve loaded up their truck. And I would’ve had no idea who took our tables. Please pass this around. Do not go inside the restaurant. It’s under construction and people could get hurt. Everything that was on the porch is gone. It was gone within an hour and a half. I appreciate everybody’s response so quickly as that made it so much easier for us to start working on the front porch. But once again, please don’t just walk in the restaurant.

Thank you everybody who came out to pick up the furniture that was on the front porch. Everything was gone by 5 o’clock. I’m not giving anything else away. I was just giving away some of the furniture on the porch that needs some tender loving care, scrubbing, definitely some elbow grease. Otherwise it was just going to go to the dump. I don’t have time to do it and I figured someone else would see a little treasure.

We are looking to get rid of some of the furniture that’s on our porch at the Lazy Lion. It is first come first serve and I am not holding anything for anyone. I’m attaching some pictures. They are free and you can come and pick them up. Just let me know what time you’re gonna be here. Please don’t come and take anything without me here. There are some things on the porch that are not for free and that are not going . But if you’re interested, message me a time that you can be here to pick them up and I will meet you here. There are two sets of the square table with two chairs. There is one set of the round table that’s wooden with two wooden chairs. And then there’s the shorter larger square glass top table, but it doesn’t have any chairs. And there are four lanterns that are metal and definitely need sanded and painted but they’ve been on the inside of the porch. I’m just not using them anymore.

I am sending this out, 1 to get ideas, and 2 to see if there’s any interest. I’m looking at leasing the restaurant space. They would lease the space and or the equipment. If they don’t want the restaurant, we would remove the equipment. There have been a couple of people who have contacted us, and want to turn it into a showroom for their companies that they have. So please send this out far and wide. You can post on here or send me a message separately and I’ll have a conversation with you about what it would look like if you’re interested in this space.
