Joseph and Rita Brusco came to Ellis Island and made the USA their home, after many years they decided to relocate their family to South Florida and opened Brusco's in 1972 in Deerfield Beach Mamma Brusco's was commander in Chief with her culinary skills using recipes handed down from generation to generations.
