Today we had our first employee meeting at SMASH’D! 😁

It was great getting the whole crew together outside of the normal craziness of a busy day. As our team grows, we’re working hard to get better at everything we do and not just the food, but the service, consistency, teamwork and overall experience when you walk through our doors.

We’re definitely still learning and growing, but that’s part of building something from the ground up.

Thank you Deer Park for continuing to support us and allowing us to grow. We want SMASH’D to be one of those places that becomes part of the community and is still here serving you many years from now.

Our “Breezy’s Berries” Waffle is one of our most popular! 😁

This waffle is named after the lady behind the scenes who started it all with her secret waffle recipe! We are so thankful she continues to bring the best energy and creativity to our restaurant. Since cameras don’t work on her (she doesn’t like pictures), we celebrate her with this beautiful and delicious waffle!🤤😁😁

Today was our first day officially switching to REAL plates and silverware! 😁🍽️

It might seem like a small thing, but for us it’s another big step forward.

This whole journey has been a whirlwind. We’ve grown fast, learned a TON, made plenty of mistakes, and we still have so much more we want to do.

As we continue adding staff and getting everyone trained and comfortable, our next big focus is dialing in the entire customer experience to match the quality of the food we’re putting out.

Thank you to everyone who has been patient with us, supported us, told your friends about us, and kept coming back. We appreciate it more than you know.

Real plates are just one more step in a much bigger plan to create something truly special for Deer Park. And we’re just getting started! 😁❤️
