When I started working on the book more than three years ago, I had no idea - no idea about the time, the energy, the challenges, and the rewards. Itās been an incredible experience to bring to life the vision of my first cookbook. A Kitchen on Goose Cove is a reflection of me at myĀ core: a chef at home. Itās my love affair with Maine. Inside you will find more than 75 recipes for traditional Maine dishes, and new spins on the classics: Lobster Rolls, Scallops with Wild Ramp Sauce, Mussel Chowder, Grilled Vegetables with Fish Caramel, Tomahawk Steaks with Chanterelles, and Whoopie Pies to name a few.

Peter's experience and talent was indispensable, plus he takes extra credit for introducing me toĀ William Hereford, an unbelievable photographer based in Uruguay who traveled to Maine not once,Ā but three times toĀ shoot the beautiful photos in this book.
