Big announcement! We’re having a 🪩☕️DAYTIME☕️🪩 COFFEE ☕️🪩 DANCE 🪩☕️PARTY. Two in fact! Mark your calendars 📅 Sunday June 14th and Sunday July 12 (lobster boat race day) with the incredible .me ⚡️FIRST DANCE 1-4 pm on June 14th, we are launching the return of a partner coffee from the Democratic Republic of Congo 🇨🇩 Muungano Cooperative. This is typically a coffee we would bring in during early winter, but due to ongoing conflict and crisis in the DRC we are receiving it in late spring and it’s got a large story worth reading and supporting (link in bio). To celebrate the return of this coffee, the FIRST HOUR ⏰ of dance music 🎶 will all be from Central Africa. Then we get wild from there! The awesome Chef La at is going to be making food from DRC including known as mikaté + more! We are also thrilled to have Lesley from join us with a pop-up of woven baskets from artisans in Kenya. And finally, $1 from every bag of DRC Muungano coffee sold will go to .global to support OTG’s gender equity program launching next month.
