I look forward to these flavors and thank you so much for your continued support. I love what I do and I want fo be able to continue pursuing this for awhile. Thank you to everybody who has been understanding and supportive during this time where I had to figure out some new ways of continuing my business while I handle some health issues and to everybody who likes and shares on FB.

⭐️It is hard to keep the macarons and any chocolate fillings from melting outside in the heat. I am going to continue setting up at the Artisan market from October-April.

⭐️I would love to still offer pre-order menus and porch pickups throughout the summer months and so I am now releasing my next pre-order menu:

🎆 This menu will be just in time for 4th of July and it is inspired by a combination of summertime celebrations and sweet snacks.

⭐️Flavor profile: sweet, salty, crunchy, decadent

⭐️Description: Summertime is full of beach snacks like pretzels, potato chips, and candy bars. This macaron flavor is all of them…all at once. “Everything but the kitchen sink!”

⭐️Description: Summertime cookouts feature light cakes and bright fruit spreads. Showcasing a creamy whipped cheesecake frosting and mixed berry jam, this flavor is perfect for breakfast or with your afternoon tea or lemonade!

💐Happy Mother’s Day!

I still have some fun decorated bags to build your own treat bag!

I have plenty of Salted Watermelon Lemonade macarons left; don’t sleep on this flavor! It reminded me of a margarita ☺️😋

It’s has a lemon custardy French buttercream filling with a tangy salted watermelon jam in the middle!

Also, I only have 1 box of 3 left of the caramel flan and only 3 of the mini Sourdough Banana bread loaves are remaining!

Plenty of delicious buttery sourdough sugar cookies in the cardboard trunk and cakesicles in the freezer!

♥️ A big THANK YOU to everybody who stopped by and grabbed some treats this weekend from my Porch Pickup!

I hope everybody enjoyed everything!

⚡️🍺I do have some Butterbeer Cookies in the Harry Potter case for sale still!

I will keep them out for today before I move them to the freezer.

So be sure and stop by and grab some today if you wanted to try them!

They are AMAZING when warmed in the microwave (or toaster oven) until soft and gooey ☺️😋

I will be making some Jalapeno Cheddar loaves this week and I will be planning some more baked goods for this weekend for Mother’s Day!

♥️ Thank you so much to everybody who commented yesterday. I just want to clarify this is nothing serious and I just need a few months to get some stuff done regarding my health and take some time off.

♥️ I hadn’t realized until yesterday that I have been going non-stop for about a year without any real time off to even think about anything else than waking up and being in the kitchen. (Something that I absolutely love, but I also want to guard that passion fiercely and have it not lead to a total burn out)

♥️ I am so overwhelmingly thankful and I just did a poor job at time and rest management this past year as I let my excited-ness for the growth of my business start to overshadow basic care for my well-being.

♥️ I appreciate everybody in this awesome comminity and thank you so much for your continued support, love and care.

Getting back to basics, resting and rekindling my joy and love for baking, cooking and all things food ♥️

‼️IMPORTANT UPDATE PLEASE READ‼️

Due to some personal health concerns I will be putting my business on pause until further notice.

I am so sorry I will not be able to complete my May Menu and will not be attending the pop-up at the bookstore this Saturday.

If you pre-ordered my May Menu macarons, I am so sorry. I may be able to do a few boxes of macarons and some loaves of bread here and there for porch pickup, so I will post if I have any available.

Thank you all so much for your support and it has meant the absolute world to me. I have loved every second of it. This is not a good bye. I just need to regather for a second and address some health concerns.

🥹 We just finished up at our last Decatur Artisan Craft Market of the season today.

♥️ I wanted to give a big THANK YOU to everybody that supported local small business this market season!

💙 It makes me beyond happy and grateful to be apart of this amazing community.

💖 Words cannot express how wonderful it has been to be able to pursue a passion and what is even better is being able to watch other vendors, makers, and bakers flourish and grow is also so incredibly special.

💜 I cannot wait to return to this market in October and I will also keep posted where I will be setting up next and other events throughout the summer that I will be involved with.

I am so excited for these flavors!

Here is a first look at a variety box of my Spring Break Macarons!

It is hard to pick a favorite as I love all the tropical flavors and vibes and these are so fun!

Chocolate Banana Mudslide is soooo good and full of chocolate-y banana goodness!

Pina Colada is so refreshing with the crunch of toasted coconut and fresh pineapple

Caribbean Rum Cake is buttery, full of spice and sweet

I can’t wait for everybody to try these!

These will be at the last Decatur Artisan Craft Market of the season, tomorrow at 9-2

⭐️ Happy Wednesday!

Today I assembled the second flavor on my Spring Break Macaron menu:

🍍🥥 Pina Colada 🥥🍍

🥥 The kitchen is filled with the amazing smell of toasted coconut today!

This flavor features a coconut milk and pineapple buttercream with a freshly blended pineapple puree middle!

Then it is rolled and topped with toasted coconut!

The only thing that would make these even better?

🌴 Eating them on the beach with a Pina Colada in hand 😋😎

🌴 I will have these with my other Spring Break flavors this Saturday at the Decatur Artisan Craft Market from 9-2!

👀 FIRST LOOK 👀

Good Tuesday Everybody!

I assembled one of my Spring Break macaron flavors today:

🍹🥮 Caribbean Rum Cake 🥮🍹

🍹 Flavors of vanilla pudding, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and spiced rum

🍹 These have a vanilla pudding and rum buttercream with a rum raisin puree middle. Outside is a candied and spiced walnut butter crumble. Topped with powdered sugar

Need a perfect macaron to pair with your morning coffee or you just love warm spices? This is the one!

I will have these at the last Decatur Artisan Craft Market of the season this Saturday from 9-2
