We've only have a few 16" pies left, but we still have 10" personal pizzas available!

We're serving our full menu until 2 PM or until we sell out—whichever comes first.

We're firing things up at 9:00 AM with our Breakfast Pie and our full menu will be available right from open.

Today's dough is limited:
16" pies = 12 🍕
10" personal pies = 24 🍕
❌ Sicilian squares are sold out!

We'll be serving 9:00 AM until SOLD OUT. Once the dough is gone, we're done for the day.
So if you're craving pizza for breakfast . . . no judgments here. 😄🍕🏴‍☠️ See you at 9!

Episode 2 - Behind Barbanera’s Sicilian Dough

Our Sicilian squares are all about patience.

After the dough is hand-stretched into the pans, we let it slowly rise overnight at room temperature. That long, gentle fermentation creates the light, airy crust and crisp edges we're after.

The next day, each square gets a quick par-bake to set the structure before it's finished to order . . . so every slice comes out with a crispy bottom, a soft interior, and the perfect bite. 😋
