Happy July 4th folks. Hope you all are having a good day so far. We have not been smoking to much because I have been having so health issues but they are getting a lot better and you will be seeing us on here again and ready to cook for you. This is smoking week coming up and we are ready to take your orders. Remember to have them in by this Thursday for the weekend. Good morning folks. Sorry I haven't made a post in a week or two but I've been a little busy. Do you know what week this is? That's right is smoking week. Good afternoon folks. Sorry for any inconveniences this Saturday but we will be closed this Saturday and not taking orders as we have a big event Saturday night. It was a good day for smoking. A slab of spare ribs,,, bakes beans tater salad and 2 5lbs sticks of bologna. Yes sir and don't forget next Sunday is Mother's day if you want something smoked for your mom just let us know and we will get it done for you. For my mother in law it will be some good ole baby back ribs her favorite.
