We know the Caesar salad isn’t technically Italian... but we’re claiming it anyway. 🇮🇹🥖

So we hopped on the trend and created what we think is the perfect Caesar.

Freshly chopped romaine, crispy house croutons, freshly shaved Parmesan, and our rich house-made Caesar dressing.

And yes — the dressing is made with anchovies. Because is it really a Caesar if it isn’t?

If you think that sounds good, just wait until you see the Caesar Baguette we’re dropping alongside it.
