I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to my staff that have stuck with me through really difficult times this past couple of years. Your support and dedication needs to be recognized, so thank you Claire Truett, B.J. Barre', Val Clyde, Savannah Adkinson, (plus Tara Jackson, Carolyn Ingram, Randy Boutwell) and Ethan Tapia! These past two nights we were only able to open because three of our former employees came back to work in the kitchen. Because of them, I was able to open and provide the type of food and service we have been known for. Justin Blevins, Justin Holloway and Charles Young, I appreciate you all for stepping up and making these past two nights amazing! Unfortunately due to the lack of kitchen help, we will be closed this week. I appreciate the staff that have stuck with me, those that have been reliable, responsible adults. I am currently hiring a pizza maker, grill cook and line cook. I will update this page as our situation changes. I apologize for any inconvenience to my customers and loyal staff.
