Well we portioned our CAJUN SMOKED TURKEY ⚜️🦃 up for the week but yall NEED to make this one! (Sorry! I was in such a hurry to portion and eat that I forgot the 'after' picture!)

We brined our bird overnight in Bayou Brine, rinsed clean, applied our favorite binder and blended Buttery Poultry and Stalekracker 2-Step All Purpose and smoked with a chicken broth waterpan in with it at 275°. Pulled her off when our MEATER read 163° internal on the breast. Rested 30-40 minutes and MAN! This one did NOT disappoint.

Had what I consider an IDEAL Cajun flavor with a savory, homestyle poultry after taste to it and just a juicy as you could ask a bird to be!

Meal Prep Sundays aren't so bad by the smoker!

Firing up some Rooster's Competition BBQ Championship Pork Rubbed PORK LOIN and a couple of EYE OF ROUND ROAST, one with Championship Brisket Rub and the other with Meat Church BBQ All Purpose seasoning.

Happy New Year!

Last night we celebrated with some SMOKED BURGERS 🐄, a little cheat meal from our usual diet.

But of course today, we're right back at it getting ready for a clean and lean week of eating! Got a SMOKED SALMON 🐟 portioned up and ready to roll early yesterday and a staple in our meal prep, SMOKED PORK LOIN 🐖 just diving into the smoke bath!

SMOKED PORK LOIN 🐽 is quickly becoming one of my favorite meal prep proteins (to compliment a very chicken heavy meal plan!).

These Kosmo's Q Competition BBQ Killer Honey Bee seasoned beauties had a gorgeous color, great smoke flavor and were perfectly juicy.

Dinner tonight and lunch during the week!
