Last (but not least) in our “meet our baristas” series is Ashlee!!
Ashlee is the fearless leader, manager and expert barista of The Well, and we’re so grateful for her!

Ashlee left a successful career in the construction industry to manage The Well, as she felt God leading her in this direction for several years. She is happily married to Alex, and together they have two kids and two dogs.

Ashlee loves doing puzzles, diamond art and reading stacks of books in her free time, and her favorite drink at The Well is an iced vanilla/brown sugar latte with lavender cold foam piled on top.

Her favorite part about switching careers to serve at The Well is getting to know all of YOU, our customers! Ashlee is so gifted at making personal connections and caring for people so well, and we all feel the effects of her generous friendship.

Ashlee, thank you for stewarding The Well with joy, excellence and personal care!

In episode 2 of “meet our baristas”, let us introduce to you Melissa!

Melissa joined our team in February and is very passionate about serving with excellence and joy!

After staying home with her three children for several years, she was waiting for a perfect-for-her place to serve. The Well was an excellent fit for her, as it turns out!

Melissa loves Jesus, worshipping Him through music, spending time with her husband and three children and finding joy in small things. Her favorite beverage is a caramel macchiato - both iced and blended (her specialty!).

Her favorite thing about working at The Well is getting to interact with all of you, our wonderful customers! In addition, she says that no matter if she’s cleaning tables, slinging beverages or preparing food, she’s doing it all for the glory of God. 🙌🏻

Melissa, your joy is contagious and we are so thankful you’re a part of The Well!
