Introducing my new Sourdough Brown Butter Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookie! A true premium cookie made with rich browned butter, homemade buttery toffee bits, plenty of chocolate chips, and just a hint of espresso to bring out that deep chocolate flavor (without tasting like coffee!).

These cookies take extra time, care, and special ingredients, making them a little different from my classic chocolate chip cookies. They are a rich, indulgent treat you won’t want to miss!!

Come see me and try them first this Sunday, July 19, from 9:00 AM–2:00 PM while I’m at Homegrown Farmstand in De Pere! ❤️ I’ll have many other things with me as well!

I’m so looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow! I truly appreciate each and every one of you who comes out to support my little bakery. Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first visit, I’m grateful for you.

Unfortunately, I need to cancel this week’s self-serve sourdough stand on June 20th due to contructin happening at our home. The stand has been moved to Saturday, July 11th.

To thank you for your patience and understanding, if you preorder Friday, June 19th- Sunday June 21st and mention this cancellation, you’ll receive $5 off your order of $20 or more. You can still get your goodies for Father’s Day weekend by picking up your preorers instead of shopping the stand.

Send me a message if you’d like to place an order! I do need 24-48 hours notice for orders depending on the items.

In case anyone thinks every loaf comes out perfect over here… let me humble myself for a minute. 😅

I was trying to speed things up by letting my dough proof in the oven. Then life happened, I got distracted, and a little while later, I turned the oven on.

The moment I remembered was pure panic but it was too late. Let’s just say that loaf never got its chance to become sourdough bread.

A little reminder that even people who bake bread all the time make mistakes. Sometimes sourdough teaches patience, and sometimes it teaches you to check the oven before turning it on!

Anyone else have a kitchen fail that still makes you laugh? 👇
