Tonight, we are featuring a cajun style redfish étouffée. Our redfish comes crusted with Cajun seasoning in a rich gravy featuring crawfish, shrimp, and andoullie sausage bits tied together with a warm, lasting spice. 🐟🦐🌶

We also have a lovely waygu tenderloin au poivre with a thick pepper crust and rich pan sauce served with tallow roasted one bite potatoes and broccolini. 🥩🥔🥦
