Tomorrow and Monday (Labor Day) Gina will be making pumpkin Whoopie Pies. Stop on over at The Flour Pot - LLC’s new Cafe’ Meridian located within the Mulva Cultural Center, on Broadway in De Pere. The café is open 10 to 2 daily except Tuesdays. While there, tour the Cowboy exhibit (ending Monday) or take in a movie. With free admission it’s a win-win for all.

BIG NEWS: Welcome Café Meridian to Mulva Cultural Center!

We’re excited to officially welcome Café Meridian, a new venture from Gina Guth and The Flour Pot, LLC team, as our new café provider!

Gina and her team have been serving guests at Mulva Cultural Center for the past few weeks, and now they’re officially making it their new culinary home.

Café Meridian brings together heritage cooking, fresh foods, culture and wellness. Gina’s passion for heritage baking began with her mother’s Belgian and German family traditions and eventually inspired The Flour Pot, LLC.

She’s joined by her daughter, Stephanie Jamieson, a culinary anthropologist and food educator whose work explores the connection between food, culture and health, including Blue Zone communities and plant-based nutrition.

Stop by for an ever-changing selection of fresh salads, wraps, savory dishes, baked goods and heritage-inspired treats.

Today we ended 6 years of hosting classes at our location in De Pere with a birthday party! 7 kiddos made pasta from scratch and had gift opening and cake on the patio!

Our last Kids in the Kitchen class at our The Flour Pot - LLC Reid Street location.😢Gina showed these two bakers 👩‍🍳how to make Ladyfingers & Chocolate Pudding from scratch! We made stabilized whipped cream to assemble parfait desserts!

The Flour Pot - LLC held its first pasta class at the Mulva Cultural Center today. Jennifer Schmechel Berg and Gina Guth were the instructors. The classroom was a great spot for making fettuccini Alfredo!
