We’re looking to hire a food truck team member/manager. Must have a good driving record. The right person must be able to work in high speed, sometimes stressful situations, and stay calm under pressure. Good customer service skills, problem solving and self sufficient. Part-time to start with opportunity to move into full time if the person desires. Must be able to work days, nights, and weekends. Pay is based on experience. Tips all go straight to the team on the truck. So there’s no splitting with runners, bussers, expos, cooks, managers. Cook experience a must, food truck experience a bonus, and would prefer some type of managerial experience but not required. Hours vary daily based on booked events. Punctuality is a non negotiable for this position. This is a seasonal position as we are so booked that you will make your yearly wage in 8 months and then have the rest of the year to do what seasonal employees do, or work on something you enjoy.
