Our new Rummo penne pasta tossed with a hearty tangle of slow-cooked porcini, oyster and sh*take mushrooms, carrots, celery, sweet onions, sun-dried tomatoes, white w**e and garlic. Finished with soft butter, Parmigiano, Romano and lots of cracked black pepper

Braised Beef Genovese
Beautiful Rummo penne with fall-apart beef, pancetta & a ridiculous amount of sweet onions, slow-cooked until rich, sweet and silky. Finished with soft butter, Parmigiano, Romano and lots of cracked black peppery.

Local Makers Meadow beef packed with coriander, ginger, garam masala, pomegranate molasses, cumin, jalapeño, tomato, egg & fresh herbs, griddled and topped with tangy tamarind ketchup and cool cilantro-mint yogurt on a toasted DLM Golden bun. Served with your choice of housemade Jojos, or vinaigrette-dressed greens.

Burrata with Roasted Eggplant and Fava Beans
creamy handmade buffalo burrata with roasted eggplant, fava beans, cherry tomatoes, capers, Kalamata
olives and fresh herbs. Finished with crispy garlic, finely grated Romano and served with focaccia for
mopping up every last bite.

New Fall Caprese: Roasted Pear and Fresh Mozzarella
Housemade fresh mozzarella, caramelized pears, crispy prosciutto, toasted hazelnuts, basil and peppery arugula- finished with Calabrian chile honey and aged balsamic. Want to make it vegetarian- we can swap out the prosciutto for roasted shiitakes if you prefer!
