The only Colombian in Unataza Coffee is our Decaf and when visits the shop. His go to: cafe con leche and Baleada con todo (no cilantro, no guac, nada verde) add turkey bacon, por favor.

As we wrap up our week-long Mother’s Day celebration, we are reminded of how much Unataza Coffee has been shaped by you all. Over the past 6.5 years, we have had the privilege of meeting your mothers, celebrating new moms, sharing in gender reveals, and seeing photos of your grandchildren. We have also stood alongside families during the heartbreaking loss of a son or daughter.

There have been countless meaningful moments that our team has been honored to experience with you, and we are deeply grateful that you have allowed us to be part of your family’s journey. Thank you for trusting us with so many special memories.
