Recently we had the opportunity to visit Fūl Café a new Ethiopian coffee in the area. The ceremony coffee is a must, just make sure to reserve ahead of time.

Sharing stories about each country’s coffee traditions, is a way we all connect.

Fūl Café is one of our guest in the upcoming Cincinnati Coffee Festival panel Saturday 12:15pm. Come near the stage to hear about making business in the US in the coffee industry.

It was until living in Kentucky, we experienced Autumn 🍂, the change of season and the hype of pumpkins and apples everywhere! Neltner's Farm is one of our favorites and a farm we get to visit with our Unataza Staff.

We thought it was about bringing coffee from Honduras.

We took the leap 8 years ago with a coffee cart, and the gift of collaborating with many local businesses and organizations, is something we never planned. Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati area has the best synergy. Filled with entrepreneurs, creators and mindfulness.

It has been more than a fulfill season of life.

Who knew! God works in mysterious ways ✨

This coming September 23, we turn 7! ☕️💛

FACT: we moved buildings, we started on 603 6th ave. And on 2022 we moved to 620 6th ave.

Thank you for being there every step of the way. Thank you to the customers who showed up during our first months, our first years, and especially during a pandemic.

Thank you for buying bags of coffee to share with your friends, family, and coworkers.
Thank you for visiting us, for sharing a taza with someone you love, for celebrating special moments with us, and for choosing UnaTaza to cater your coffee and pastries.

Recently, at a coffee event, someone stopped me as I was leaving. He told me that UnaTaza Coffee holds a special place in his heart. It’s where he had his first date—and where he met the woman who is now his wife.

It’s about the people, the connections, the celebrations, the conversations, and all the little moments that become part of our lives.

🔅Elementary school is from 1st to 6th grade, and on 6th grade an important requirement is that you learn to recite the National Anthem, which consists of 7 stanzas and 1 choir
🔅Once known as the “Banana Republic” because of the Tela Railroad company a power subsidiary of the United Fruit Company.
🔅The flag has two blue stripes(representing the two oceans: Pacific and Atlantic), one white and 5 blue stars (representing the 5 Central American countries)
🔅Rain of fish - literally happens once a year, in the department of Yoro
🔅 Most popular dance is Punta, originated by Garífunas
🔅The oldest cathedral and oldest functional clock in the American continent, is located in Comayagua
🔅Celebrating 205 independence from Spain

Look at all the people learning spanish!

Thank you for registering and taking the time to commit in this new season.

An idea that started 5 years ago, because of so many of you saying “I took spanish when I was in highschool”

Started because as a fun event for the community, and evolve into people wanting to learn basics that they can use for work, or their next trip.

Next season: March 2027
