Recipe for Vegetable wok tossed with any meat
Prepare for one serving:
- 8oz of veg
- 6 oz of meat, slice or cube
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powdẻ
- Slice or cut into cubes of haft the small white or yellow onion
- Chili powder if you like spicy
- 1 oz of oyster sauce
- 1 oz of veg oil
Step 1:
Put meat and all ingredient into a bowl then mix them well, let it stay for 10 minutes
Boil a small pot of water then pour vegetable in to 2 minutes depending on how cook you want Vegetable get done. Then drain but save that liquid
Step 2
Heat up a pan in 375 degrees , put all meat seasoning in, stir it well until the meat was cooked. During stiring meat combination add small amount of vegetable liquid. Then put all cooked vegetable in to the pan and mix well. You got it done.
