Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at Our Place 💐

In the food service world, so much of what we do is rooted in the love, traditions, and recipes passed down from the mothers and grandmothers before us. The comfort foods we serve, the way we season our dishes, the care we put into every plate — it all comes from generations of strong women who taught us that food is one of the greatest ways to love people.

As a mother-daughter ran business, it is truly an honor to work side by side every day, building something together while carrying on the traditions and values our family instilled in us.

Today, we want to say thank you to all of the mothers and grandmothers who support Our Place, who share meals with their families here, and who continue creating memories around the table.

We appreciate you more than words can say. Wishing you all a beautiful, love-filled Mother’s Day ❤️

Last night could have ended very differently… and we are incredibly grateful it didn’t.

A HUGE thank you to the Jefferson Fire Department for their quick response to a fire that was intentionally set in our trash can. Their fast action prevented what could have been a much more serious situation — especially with the can sitting right next to our gas line.

We truly appreciate your professionalism and urgency. You made a difference last night. 🙏

To our community — if anyone saw anything or has any information about who may be responsible for these fires, please stop by Our Place and ask for Rebecca.
