​Gavin was an absolute HERO in the kitchen today prepping a massive salmon catering order!
​The best part of prepping 60 pounds of fresh fish? You end up with a lot of perfect extra pieces. That means we’ve got our crowd-favorite Salmon Patties on the menu this weekend just for you!

We had the absolute pleasure of catering a STUNNING wedding for our dear friend and former server, Spencer, this weekend! It is always such a joy to see a friend we love take those first beautiful steps down the long journey of life together.
​The venue was breathtaking, the folks were lovely, and of course, we made sure the food was delicious to match. We are so honored you chose your old "work family" to help you celebrate, Spencer and Natalie.

This is the ultimate "knife and fork" salad. We’re talking crisp romaine hearts loaded with shaved parmesan, house-made croutons, a heavy hit of cracked pepper, and our signature creamy dressing.

Forget the old version—this one is a total departure. We’re serving these golden-fried beauties topped with creamy Boursin and yellow tomato jam. Honestly? They’re fire.

We are so proud to partner with Blazing Hope Ranch this Friday for a very special community event.

Blazing Hope Ranch serves women who have been trafficked, offering them a safe space to heal through a residential program and equine assisted learning, and we are honored to support their mission. To help out, 10% of all sales throughout the day will go directly to the Ranch.

​Members of their team will be here at the Screen Door to talk about the work they do and accept any additional donations. If the weather holds up, they might even be bringing one of their horses along to meet everyone!

​Whether you're coming in for a favorite staple or trying something new from the spring menu, your meal will help make a difference right here in our community.

We did a little "secret start" with our new menu this weekend, and the response was so good we just couldn't keep it quiet anymore.

​Meet the new Salmon: It’s dill and feta crusted, served over a lemon herb couscous with fresh green beans and blistered tomatoes. It’s light, vibrant, and exactly what we want to be eating as the weather finally warms up.

​I’ll be diving into the rest of the new additions over the next week, but if you’re looking for a sign to come see us for dinner—this is it.
