The Watershed Distillery opened in 2010 in Columbus, and I remember buying a bottle that was, to put it kindly, harsh. I still have that bottle, purchased so long ago, somewhere buried deep in my bourbon stash.

Not one but TWO incredible w**e dinners this month, each with its own unique twist!

First up: October W**e Dinner: a table in motion. Join us on Sunday, 10/18 for this "cocktail-style" w**e dinner designed for tasting, mingling, and settling in for a relaxed Sunday evening. ✨ The menu brings together familiar Salar favorites like Patatas Bravas, Spanish Croquetas, and Carnitas – all with a refined touch.

This is a w**e dinner with a little more freedom. No assigned courses or set pairings. Tickets include the full cocktail-style dinner & the opportunity to explore as many of the evening’s featured w**es as you’d like. 🥂 This is the perfect event for w**e lovers who love to mingle and keep things loose.

Later in the month comes one of our favorite themed dinners of the year: The Haunted Table! We'll enjoy five courses and thoughtfully selected w**es, per usual, but everything will have a deliciously dark edge to it 😈 And because every proper Halloween dinner needs a little drama, costumes are encouraged

We’ll start with a Watershed 4 Year Apple Brandy Old Fashioned, followed by a guided tasting of four expressions.
