We will be closed Tuesday, the 27th. With the city still working on clean-up, parking issues, and the temperature being what it is, we’ve decided to stay closed one more day. We will reopen Wednesday for normal service hours! Stay safe and stay warm!

We want to say THANK YOU to everyone who supported us in 2025! It was an amazing year and we are beyond grateful for each and every guest that comes in to our little shop. We are giving some of our team some much needed time off this week as well as working on a new lunch menu. We will also be posting some updates about RESONANT this week so keep an eye out. We will still be open for dinner from 5pm-9pm this week with reservations recommended.

Join Chef Casey THIS SUNDAY in a hands-on class and learn what makes our pasta so delicious! You'll try your hand at 5-7 different pasta shapes and take home what you make (which is usually enough for a dinner for 4). This pasta freezes well, so you'll have a delicious meal to share with others!

The Grist team will prepare a meal for you following your hands-on portion of the class. You will enjoy a family-style meal consisting of a salad, two pasta dishes, and dessert.

We have wine available for you to enjoy during the class at $9 per glass (pay upon completion of the class).

*This is an adult-only class, reserved for guests 16 years and older*
