Many people think the crispy noodles are just for decoration, but they’re actually one of the most important parts of authentic Northern Thai Khao Soi.

🥢 Soft egg noodles soak up the rich, creamy coconut curry.

We want to thank everyone for your patience and understanding. Due to an emergency gas leak, we were forced to close for three days. Thankfully, everyone is safe, but the unexpected closure caused a significant loss of income for our small family business.

Hello Thai Family ❤️

We wanted to take a moment to explain why our doors have been closed for the past two days.

Yesterday, we discovered a gas leak that required immediate attention. For the safety of our customers, our team, and our community, we made the difficult decision to close the restaurant until everything could be inspected and repaired.

It wasn’t an easy decision. Like every small business, every day we’re closed means missed opportunities to serve the people who support us. But nothing is more important than making sure it’s safe before welcoming everyone back.

The good news is that the repairs have been completed, everything has been checked, and we’re excited to reopen tomorrow! 🎉

We truly appreciate your patience, your understanding, and all the messages asking when we’ll be back. Your support means more than you know, and it’s what keeps small businesses like ours going.

If you’ve been craving your favorite Thai dishes or sushi, we’d love to see you this week. Every visit, every order, and every recommendation helps our small family business continue doing what we love.
